2020-2021 P-EBT Announcement
Dear John Rex Families,
We have recently been in touch with the State Department of Education regarding the P-EBT cards for the 2020-2021 school year.
If your student qualified for these benefits LAST SCHOOL YEAR, and you have not received your card, you have until NOV. 30 to fill out a review form here:
Students who qualified met the following requirements:
– Qualified for Free or Reduced Lunches
AND
– Were a virtual student for any part of the year. (This does include any quarantined students who worked from home temporarily, as well)
To complete this form, you will need your students’ State Testing Number.
If you do not have access to this number, please send an email to your student’s office secretary. Please avoid calling for this information, as the traffic from these calls will be less productive, and may congest our phone lines.
