Childcare Registration

You can now register for YMCA’s before & after school childcare and Early Dismissal Day-Wednesday childcare.

Registration checklist:

– Fill out before & after school childcare primary registration form – PDF application

– Fill out Early Dismissal Day (Wednesday) form even if you are registering for regular childcare – PDF application 

– Bring a copy of student’s immunization records

– Bring a voided check for auto-draft payments

– Bring student’s photo

Drop off all paperwork and payment during business hours at the downtown YMCA located at 1 Northwest 4th Street Oklahoma City, OK 73102.
